Nicklas Bendtner of Arsenal A Premier League footballer accused of cars in Newcastle city centre has left damage the case against him.Sunderland-striker Nicklas Bendtner, 24, faces five charges of criminal damage, relative to an incident in Stowell Street on 6 December.
The prosecution offered no evidence against him and magistrates that cleared him of the cost in Newcastle.
He was originally charged with teammate Lee Cattermole, whose case has postponed for two weeks.
Bendtner, a Danish international, is currently on loan at the club from Arsenal.
He did not appear in the courtroom for the hearing.
